Michael has helped our family (with multiple homes and claims) navigate through a sad and extremely difficult situation! He was the rock and steady voice for us to ensure our home needs were met after Hurricane Helene! He is honest and truly wants to do what is right by his clients! He pushes back when it is needed and gives advice when asked! I met Michael from Neplusultra after Hurricane Helene landed in our home county, Taylor County, Florida. We were thankful to have a home, as many were less fortunate. However, my house suffered damage; this was my first time filing a home insurance claim. I will skip all the details and say that the insurance company paid me 1/5 of what it would cost to repair my home. I met Michael at church on a Sunday and told him my story. That afternoon, he was at my house; he thoroughly went through my home and identified several missed items, including water in the walls. From there, he took complete charge, which was my best decision. Within a month, we had a new settlement with our insurance company that covered 100% of our damages. Throughout this process, I got to know Micahel as a person, not just a public adjuster. He is a wonderful man with an incredible personal testimony, and I am blessed to have met him. As far as his duties as a public insurance adjuster, you are in highly capable hands.
