Process for a new client is as follows

  • Initial meet/greet with client
  • Letter of Representation agreed on and signed by both client and adjuster
  • Full inspection/scope of property
  • Claim opened with carrier by adjuster if not already done so by client
  • Estimate for full repairs and indemnification created by desk adjuster
  • Proof of Loss and Estimate submitted for approval and notarization by client
  • Proof of Loss and Estimate submitted to carrier
  • Negotiations back and forth until settlement agreed on or forwarded to attorney if needed
